While the business itself is newly established, it is built on over a decade of executive search experience and long-standing relationships across the industry.

He specialises in executive and non-executive search and has built strong, trusted relationships with providers, investors and operators along the way. From well-established national groups to boutique luxury providers and private equity-backed organisations, he supports clients in building leadership teams that deliver both strong commercial results and outstanding standards of care.
