Ben specialises in the recruitment of Home Managers and senior leadership professionals across Scotland and the North of England. With over 10 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment, he works closely with leading providers of residential and nursing care, retirement living, and specialist services to deliver high-calibre leaders who make a genuine impact on quality, culture, and performance.
